    I did not find the spec on the datasheet. I have requested the parameter from our packaging team and will report back to you. This PSI JT parameter has become a TI datasheet standard sometimes after 2012, therefore, all of the older devices will need to have the parameters modeled again.

    The TRF370417 and TRF3705 shares the same package. I believe the PSI JT should be similar. You may take a look at the TRF3705 parameters on the TRF3705 datasheet as a reference for now:
