TRF3765 storage temperature?

Hi team,

Can you confirm the storage temperautre of TRF3765? In the datasheet, it's specified as below (Storage temperature: -40 to 150deg).

In general, isn't it -55deg lower than -40deg? Can you explain simply the reason why it's -40deg?

    D/S confirmed. -40 deg is operating temp. -55 is storage temp without operation. --RJH

    Ahhh, Ok, I see the problem. I spoke too fast. The datasheet states storage temp as -40 degC. I agree that usually storage is down to a lower temperature. Other devices of the same ilk and era are rated to -40 degC. Other devices in the same process but from a different "era" are rated to lower. My guess is that the earlier devices (of which the '65 is one of them) were just tested down to that temp and subsequent devices are tested/rated to lower temps. I do not think that storage below -40 degC will be a problem but no D/S adjustment is planned.
