FDC2112: resolution and range of capacitance measurement

Hi

I am going to measure a wide range of capacitance (about 5pF-10nF) with high resolution (1fF). because of wide range, FDC1005 has good resolution but it was not satisfy my desire range. So, I am going to use FDC2114. This IC have a wide range of measurment but I am not sure that how much is FDC2114 resolution?
Could you please tell me how much is it?
