I am using FDC2114EVM for capacitive sensing. My issue is FDC2114 always take large power consumption of 2.8 mA.
My conditions are : seperate the MSP430 Connections, Disable the external OSC and use internal OSC.
First, I applied the power to FDC2114, It take power consumption of 35 uA in sleep mode refer to the datasheet.
Later, I write the configuration to the register via I2C, and it take power consumption of 2.8 mA. I try to enter sleep mode by write b1 to CONFIG.SLEEP_MODE_EN and read data from this register, I found this register always be 0. When I connect the SD pin to VDD, I take power consumption of 11 uA.
How do I fix this issue?
