The figure 2. shows the data of RH Accuracy vs. RH at VDD=3V on the datasheet.

My customer requires the graph @VDD=5V.

Could you share it if you have?

Dear Kuramochi-san,
the accuracy of the HDC1080 is not affected by the supply voltage. You can consider that the same accuracy figure is also valid for VDD = 5V.
