HDC2010: About package information on HDC2010

Hello,

 

Regarding to package on HDC2010, my customer is asking a question.

(Question)

According to datasheet on page 1, the package size is 1.2 x 1.2 x0.675(mm).

But these information(D/E) are not described on package outline (page32).

Which information should we refer?

If the datasheet will be updated, when will it be updated?

    You are right, the dimensions of the YPA0006 package are missing on page 32. This information is coming from our packaging team. Will update as soon as we get the right information from them. Sorry for the inconvenience
