Hall effect sensor recommendation

I am  working with a company that draws welding wire. Unfortunately, minor oscillations have formed along the length of the wire. These oscillations are between 0.75-1.5 mm in magnitude. The wire being drawn will be moving past the sensor at about 1800 feet per minute. I am interested in utilizing hall effect or non-contact sensors to detect the oscillations. Would this sensor be able to detect these oscillations? I contacted customer support over the phone, unfortunately, the gentleman was not able to find the information that I was looking for. If this particular sensor is not able to  detect such a small magnitude at such a high rate of speed, do you have any other hall effect sensors that have the specifications I am looking for?
