Customer read register value are FF on 0x46 and 0x47. They can’t read sure value when they change PWM.
I have confirmed the register 0x03 and 0x09 value with them. The value are 04 and the bit 2 is 1. The TACH input is enabled.
I confuse 0x46 [bit1:bit0] value are 1. I think the sure value probably are 0.
