there is only mechnical data in TMP006 datasheet, would you please provide the recommended landpattern? Thank you very much!

    Hi Wayne,

     

    The land pattern is briefly mentioned on page 29. “Use a 12-mil pad and 15-mil solder balls for A1, A2, A3, B1, B3, C1, C2 and C3.”

     

    This information together with the mechanical drawings should get your layout started, I hope.
