We are considering implementing the TMP275 on a new product. I need documentation detailing how TI calibrates these sensors in the factory. IS the calibration performed on a wafer sampling basis prior to singulation and packaging? Or is each device done individually after packaging? IS the process and reference thermometers used NIST traceable? Can this trace information be provided?
