 Customer is looking for the following  data sheet information.

1)The value of the soft error FIT
2)Is there any function of finding the soft error(ie: bit garbled)? if there is, please provide the info for that function.
3)Is there any function of recovering the soft error? if there is, please provide the info for that function.
(either data sheet, drawing, user's manual etc would be fine)

    As for these questions:

    No there is no specific function other than it's random as it depends on the system noise.
    3)Is there any function of recovering the soft error? if there is, please provide the info for that function.
    No specific built in function like CRC or parity for the data communication. One could receive several values and see if they are the close to the same (that is within the tolerance of the system) and set an error that way. Lets say determine what is the maximum system deviation for the consecutive readings. This will be determined by the maximum system temperature ramp rate.
