LMT70: Shutdown mode

Part Number: LMT70

The LMT70 datasheet refers to a Shutdown current of 50nA (page 6 of the March 2015 version).

It seems that whether T_ON is GND or VCC, the lowest current it see is about 9.2uA, which is consistent with the typical Power Supply Current (also 9.2uA, page 6). I'd like to confirm that the T-ON pin only controls the TA0 pin, and that it cannot be used to achive Shutdown mode.

I'd also like to understand how one usually achieves shutdown mode with this component - a P-channel fet to switch VCC?

Thanks!
