Would you advise TI has capacity sensor which can support from Vcc=2.0V?

I could not find it.

Hello Shidara,

The LDC2114 can support both inductive and capacitive sensing and supports Vdd=1.8V +/- 5%. We have no other capacitive sensors that can support Vdd in this range.

Hi Kristin-san

The LDC2114 seems inductive sensor and is not capacitive sensor according to its datasheet.

I'd like to double check that is it possible to use for capacitive sensor?
