TIDA-01573 have 5ns pulse width timing capability

May I know the TDC7201 min pulse width timing ? 10nS or less than 10nS ?

Kai,

The minimum pulse width for the START & STOP signals in TDC7201 are 10nS.

Kai,

The TDC7201 has a Schmitt Triggered Comparators within it however we cannot divulge the actual method that is used to check the minimum pulse width of the input pins.
