I'm trying to use DCA1000EVM with IWR1443BOOST on mmWave Studio 2.1.0.0. I have installed all the relevant software in mmWave Studio user guide, and DCA1000EVM user guide. My computer is connected to both of the devices, with static IP configured as given, and firewall disabled. I'm trying to use DataCaptureDemo_xWR.lua, as specified in the quick setup guide. When I run the lua script, everything seems to be working until start_command is sent. Then, I receive no of files captured is zero error. Here is the relevant part of logs:

I've attached the rest of the logs as a separate file. This script automatically enables test source; by looking at some other threads on the forum, I've set disabled test source, and applied steps on SensorConfig page in the given order. I wait for a couple of seconds after clicking DCA1000ARM, and also tried adding RSTD.Sleep(2000) on Lua Shell after clicking DCA100ARM button, but it does not show up on the output log screen, and it does not seem to have any effect. Any help is appreciated.

Could you please share how Ethernet is connected to PC? Could you please post the picture of the setup.
Was there any change in the jumper/switch settings on the the DCA1000 card. Also post the picture of the setup and jumper settings on the DCA1000 card?
Could you please comment on the Power adapter used for the DCA1000? what is the current rating used?
Please ensure firewall is disabled.

Thanks for your answer. Upon checking all the setup, I have found the mistake and I was able to run the demo. It turns out that Firewall should be completely disabled. Now, I can capture the result.
For others who might run into the same problem, when I increase the number of frames to a high number (lets say 100), mmWave Studio gives the following error: 'Timeout Error: System disconnected'. Fixing the firewall issue solved this as well, as the connection (and data capture) can be carried on.
