TS5A4594: clamping diode

Part Number: TS5A4594

Hi,

From the datasheet of TS5A4594 you can assume that there is a clamping diode at Vno and Vcom that is connected to ground (<0V, -50mA).

Is not there a clamping diode connected also to V+ rail?

You can see an indication in the specs that there is likely a diode to V+ because of the max limit is V+ + 0.3.  This tells me that exceeding the V+ 0.3 V will begin to turn on this clamp diode.

we need a confirmation of this until today in the evening.

Regards,

Jon
