Is there any recommended input or output circuitry for high speed applications (Up to 20Mhz), in order to use the CD74HCT4067QM96Q1 . Thanks

    As long as you follow the general recommended specs on the datasheet for the CD74HCT40676-Q1, you system will be able to operate just fine at 20MHz. In the data sheet there is a section for recommended operating conditions where we spec the Band width of our component at 89MHz running with a Vcc of 4.5V.
