Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
This is a general note about temperature effects in TI model:
We do not explicitly model temperature effects in the PSpice and TINA-TI macro models. However in some cases, you will see different behavior at 27C (default) and at other temperatures such as 125C. This is due to the diode models used in some of the macro models. If you have the unencrypted model, and would like to see consistent behavior at different temperatures, please add the T_ABS statement to all the diode models used in the model.
