Thank you for the query. Seems you have the correct calculations. 

Please find he The above screen shots show calculations from my MATHCAD file. The required leakage inductance matches your calculations. The switch RMS currents is slightly different from my numbers in the design guide (15A) This is because in practice I had used a smaller value of leakage inductor while performing the experiment and put the current value corresponding to this inductor. Hence some change in current number. In practice the RMS currents increase as we increase leakage inductance. Also please refer the following ink for interpretation of 'tzero' variable.
