CC2564C: lost connection with multiple smartphone after a few hours

Dear TI Expert,

My customer use CC2564C to connect multiple IOS and android devices based on the latest v4.2.1.1 BLE stack version. However, they find CC2564C will lost connection with all devices after several hours and CC264C will stop BLE broadcast, they need to reset to re-connect the IOS and android device. Could you give some advice about this case? Below are the steps to this issue.

Dear Hari,
Custome is using external MCU, I'm not sure the what's the FW logs you want to get, is it return value or print result for every step above? Actually , every steps works fine. The problem only show up after several hours later with nothing operation since the multi-connection finish.
