CC2564C: HCI_VS_Write_BD_Addr command failed

Dears,

I am trying to test HCI interface of CC2564C.

When I tried to write new BD_ADDR with "01 FC 06 06 8A 19 25 84 DF C7"

CC2564C answered "04 0E 04 01 FC 06 01", seems this command failed.

When I read BD_ADDR "01 09 10 00"

CC2564C answered "04 0E 0A 01 09 10 00 8A 19 25 84 DF C8", the BD_ADDR is not modifed.

Have I missed some steps?

Can, you explain how and when you are sending this VS command? Are you using Bluetopia stack?

Transparent_Mode.zipHi Hari,

I am using transparent mode with MSP432+CC2564C. I attach this ccs project in this thread.

Put it under Bluetopia stack /Samples from your filesystem. I don't think transparent mode is using Bluetopia stack, but may use some hardware config settings.

Hi,

The HCI_VS_Write_BD_ADDR command has 0xFC06 opcode. So the correct byte stream for this command would be "01 06 FC 06 8A 19 25 84 DF C7".
