WL1837MOD: Can WL1837MOD simultaneously have PCM interface and HCI interface for audio data working?

We use WL1837MOD to connect to a bluetooth Remote Speaker Microphone, can we have the audio/voice be recorded using HCI interface while streaming it to the phone line through PCM interface? and Which HCI command to set the PCM interace as master or salve, actually the direction of the BT_AUD_CLK and the BT_AUD_FSYNC?

Sure, this is possible with WL183x.

Please refer to the HCI_VS_Write_CODEC_Config (0xFD06) command from the WL18xx Vendor Specific Command documentation. The PCM direction parameter of this command is used to configure the BT_AUD_CLK and BT_AUD_FSYNC as either output (PCM master) or input (PCM slave).
