A student ask,

" I have a CC2540DK Evaluation Module for BLE and also I have CC debugger, would you please advise me on the possible options to how to connect this module to the debugger as I don't have much experience and I don't want to buy the whole development Kit? "

Could anyone help me with this please?

Hi Kausthubh,

Refer the CC-Debugger manual in that the connection pins are marked,connect only Pins 1,2,3,4,7 of debugger to the respective pins on controller it will work.

you can get the pin info on page 7 and 8 on the giude :www.ti.com/.../swru197h.pdf

Hi Kaustubh,

The board linked below has sockets for the CC2540EM and a connector for the CCDebugger. This will allow you to connect the two without any soldering.

An alternative is to get the CC2541DK-Mini:
