I'm developing an application over the Sample App for ZLL with the OSRAM demoboard. It would be useful for me use the AddrGroup addressing, but I'm having some problems during the tests and I need some answers about it.

I know that it works only with EP without idle time, or RX always on. Does it maintain the routing table? Because during my tests, after a short while, the network stops.

There is an example of group control in the Sample Remote project. You can unicast zclGeneral_SendGroupAdd to a number of devices, for example adding them to group ID 1. You can then send any ZCL command to the group by specifying the dst_addr as:

dstAddr.addr.shortAddr = 1; //GroupID
dstAddr.addrMode = (afAddrMode_t)AddrGroup;

I'm following that example, but after 50-70 transmissions I receive ZMemError from AfDataRequest. My program is very simple, and doesn't allocate memory, so I don't understand what is the problem.

Does the error occur on the Remote or the Light?

I have done this. With every transmission type after 100-170 packet, I receive a memory-full error from AF.
I'm using osal_heap_mem_used for keeping under control the byte allocated but they are always under 1500 and I can't see a progressive increase of them.

Check if you keep allocate memory wothout free it.

if I only comment the zcl_sendCommand the memory remains free. I don't receive nothing, so I don't think that the problem is the ACK

Hi,

We tried to reproduce your problem by modifying the sampleApp to start the timer every 500ms with the code that you posted but we don't seem to be getting any errors. Could you try to modify the sampleApp that comes with Z-Stack Lighting 1.0.2 to see if you can reproduce the error. If the error still comes up, then could you provide the piece of code that is causing the problem so we can recreate it and further assist you with this issue.
