I would like to ask regarding this PWM codec.

I need to use 300W amplifier by using TAS5631PHD evaluation module. As I look into Purepath wireless configurator, TAS5518 was available in device. 

Therefore, is it possible to connect cc8531 with TAS5631PHD evaluation module? but the PWM processor for TAS5631PHD evaluation module is TAS5518C.

If this possible, what are other connections that needed besides i2s, i2c, reset?

    Hi,

    I have never used this TAS5631PHD myself, but the CC85xx can connect to most i2c or pin configured codecs. You would need to make your own custom "Audio device definition file" for the codec, but you can probably take a lot from the TAS5518 device file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\PurePath Wireless Configurator\audio_devices. You can find more info about this in the help panel in the PPW configurator.
    I think I2C and reset are the only connections you would need besides the audio partover I2S.
