Hi there,

the Sensortag App makes my Sensortag crash when i select "sensor view" by 9 of 11

My Sensorapp has the latest Version 4.3(Build 149), i downloaded and installed again and tryied with Iphone 5s, 6 and Ipad 4.

Any idea?

I have read some post that IOS 9.0 didnt support the API and now the App was updated, but does it works with IOS 9.1?

SensorTag App version 4.3 works fine on my iPhone6 plus running iOS9.1. I would suggest you trying to update FW on CC2650STK. If you install TI BLE-STACK V2.1, you can find the FW CC2640_SensorTag.hex under C:\ti\simplelink\ble_cc26xx_2_01_00_44423\Accessories\HexFiles.

Hi Chen,

i update the FW using CCS Cloud and got the same results.
I got the Sensortag firmware from TI Resource Explorer.

I dont have windows, i have to make a virtual machine and try it with BLE-Stack.

Hi Chen,

so i got it working
this is what i did:
1- First i flash the sensortag with the SenorTagStack using CCS Cloud
It worked out longer than before and i could see values coming in
2- Than i flash it with the SensorTag FW using CCS Cloud.

Now it works!

to make sure i have the newest version, i download it directly from the FW Download into the device.
