eZ430-RF256x firmware update problem.

Hi,

I was trying using IAR with ez430-RF256x debugging tool. I got an message that firmware was not up to date, and asked if I wanted to update it. I clicked yes to update the firmware but now my eZ430 doesn't appears in device manager and doesn't work anymore.

I tried upgrade the eZ430 emulator by : http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/EZ430_Emulator_Upgrade  but it fail in Verifying Security Fuse.

Does anyone know  what happened or have any suggestions for recovery?
