RI-TRP-DR2B-30 compatible with RI-TRP-WR2B-30

Dear,

One of my customers is using the RI-TRP-WR2B-30 for longer time in their application. This one is obsolete. Is it possible to replace this part with the RI-TRP-DR2B-30, and can this replacement directly used with the existing reader equipment?

Secondly, is the RI-TRP-DR2B-30 available yet? The website status is still PREVIEW? If not available, when will it be released?

Hi Wim,

Yes, the RI-TRP-DR2B-30 can be used as replacement for the RI-TRP-WR2B-30. The part is still in production, but will be rplaced by the -40 revision RI-TRP-DR2B-40 next year.
