TI-JESD204-IP: I have not been granted access to the TI204c-IP

Dear TI team,

I have requested the product number TI204C-IP for ADC12DJ5200RF: JMODE1=1, Fclk=5200 MHz, FPGA Xilinx Kintex UltraScale XCKU085-2FLVF1924I.
I received an email update that I have been granted access or my request for a product number TI204C-IP has been approved. 
I resubmetted the request. TheTI204C-IP appeared in my secure resources with the status pending, but I have not been granted access to the TI204c-IP.
Why?
