SmartRFStudio installing problem

Hi,

Download and install SmartRFStudio 2.8.0. Install Passed. When Start Desctop icon, message apeared: "c:\...\startup_window.exe is not a valid win32 application".

My System is WinXP Pro SP2, and on the other PC WinXP Pro SP3.

Is that a bug, or missing some .dll, or what?

I think SmartRFStudio 2.8.0 only can run on Windows version after Win7.

Thanks, I have already read that Win7 is needed, but Oh,God, why much important notices are wrote with smallest scripts, and at bottom of page? That questions is for TI, not for You personally.

XP hasn't been supported by Microsoft for some years and I using it is not the most secure thing you can do, at least if the PC is online.
