CC3200: LCD Touch Screen

Hi,

I am looking to interface CC3200 to an 5" or some big size LCD touch interface. Can some one recommend any LCD for my need?

I can't find any interface for this.

Hi Jan,

We do not have any 5" touch screens that we are familiar with, but we have used the 3.5" resistive touch Kentec QVGA Display BoosterPack ( www.ti.com/.../BOOSTXL-K350QVG-S1 ) on some of our CC3220 projects. It requires some blue wiring, a few mods on the LaunchPad, and you would have to port the software to CC3200. If you would like more information on this, I'm happy to provide you with details.

I would like to have more information about this, like where can I get it from, what is blue wiring,and does it need additional hardware drivers?

Hi Sarah,

I am still waiting for your response. I got the 3.5" resistive touch Kentec QVGA Display BoosterPack .
It will be helpful if you share the library files for it to interface with CC3200.

By blue wiring, I'm just referring to connecting jumper wires or soldering new connections instead of stacking the LaunchPads.
