Hello team,

Hope you are doing well. When you get a chance please see below customer questions:

We purchased the CC2538EM dev kit and need to connect via USB – having problems doing that.

We need to flash the development kit with a firmware that will allow us to directly connect to CC2538EM using USB. Because then we can identify the device as USB device and establish the connection. We are using USB serial port communication in our CRServer Android application.

 

We have tried flashing different hex/bin files found in Z-Stack 3.0 folder, none of it worked.
