AMC7836: datasheet typical characteristics question
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Hi team, Customer is now asking if we have the data plot, for( DAC output voltage VS load current) when the testing temp is low(-40℃) and high(125℃) or the short current data under low and high temp?

AMC7836: DAC outut PSRR question
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Hi team, Customer is asking the PSRR spec of the DAC output. Do we have the spec? generally a DAC will has a large PSRR because of the internal reference. Will the buffer and the whole IC make the DAC output's PSRR be...

AMC7836: If AMC7836 support function to turn of DAC together
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Hi, If any ADC group detect the PA gate voltage is over range, can it turn off all DAC group? If it does not support this function, can we add Demux at one of DAC output to turn on/off multiple PA? Thanks a lot. Derek

AMC7836: AMC7836 ADC
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Hi team, In
AMC7836
's datasheet about ADC INPUT, it says " Bipolar analog inputs. These pins are typically used to monitor the DAC group-C outputs. The input range of these channels is –12.5 to 12.5 V." Does...

AMC7836: Setting for Auto mode operation...
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Dear Sirs, May I know how to set AMC7863 for auto mode operation? My customer set 0x0F bit4=1, after the trigger, the data that read from address 0x20~0x3E are all 0. However, while in the direct mode, all read data are correct...

AMC7836: Demo Board circuit & Are channels independent of each other
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
I have some questions about
AMC7836
1. Is
AMC7836
independent of each channel? Do they influence each other? 2. When
AMC7836
collects voltage, is the value of voltage collected stored in register and then transmitted to MCU by...

AMC7836: MAX11301 alternate
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
At the moment, our design uses a MAX11301 PIXI, 20-port programmable mixed signal I/O with 12-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, analog switches and GPIO. We are mainly using this IC to set a few levels (bias voltages, offset voltages, and an enable...

AMC7836: Working with I2C Interfaces only ?
TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number:
AMC7836
Dear team, My customer likes the
AMC7836
however they don't have any GPIOs available on their MCU. Is it possible to use the device only with I2C interface (without using the
AMC7836
GPIO) ? Can they achieve full functionality...

RE: AMC7836: Negative Supply Voltage
Hi Sarmad, You can use a supply greater than -12V in this configuration. Note that the current sink capability when the output -5V will be limited if the supply is -5V. I recommend that you select a supply voltage that will provide some "headroom"...

RE: ADS131M08: Implementing a Current loop receiver
Hi Ryan, The more the number of inputs the merrier. I was intending of using a few ADC's for a total sum of 30 inputs (I had previously looked at the
AMC7836
, but that one had a resolution of 12bits alone. The 21 channels were interesting, though...
