I do not have a copy of the software that was provided on CD.
For SBS data readout from bq2014, you may use any bqEVSW that supports SBS compliant gas gauges (like bq20z70)
Part Number: BQ2014 I use BQ2014 in our product. I have a issue. the LMD was correctly updated to 244 when discharing. But the LMD may change to other value suach as 184 or 224 during charging. Would you please teach me anything is wrong?

We are seeing the same problem. Were you able to find a solution? We find that the readings are low, but the packs still have normal capacity.

Your problem is more likely with the newer Windows not supporting the old software. The EV2300(is no longer available for purchase) or MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300 can also be used with bq2014 evaluation software.
