Part Number: BQ24130 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25798 Hi,
The data sheet states that the device can be operated from 4.5V to 17V.
In order to charge 3 cells (12.6V) do I need to supply at least 13.5V or will it work with 5V for example?
Thanks…
Part Number: BQ24130 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24133 Hi,
In the datasheet it is said to place a 0.47uF (470nF) bootstrap capacitor between SW and BTST but in figure 1 in the datasheet and in the EVM it is a 47nF.
What is the correct value.

Part Number: BQ24130 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24133 Hello All,
I was trying to design a standalone(RC-Settable) 2S/3S charging circuit (which has a power path management) feature with BQ24130. I checked the datasheet only to find the following…
Part Number: BQ24130 Hi,
My customer is CM for big e-meter company. they used BQ24130 for super cap and MP with a lot of this device. but recently, they found a few of new batch devices show different charging manner as below show.
as can see, the…

Hi Team,
Our customer is looking a 3V supercapacitor charger from a 5V supply with 0.5A maximum current. Their loads will consume an average current of 2mA and 4mA and peak current of less than 10mA. One of the supercapacitor battery…
Part Number: BQ24130 Dear e2e support,
I'm following the thread below, for which my customer is also facing this charge current limitation when VBATSHRT is less than 2V (use case of super cap charging):
