We still waiting for a large enough customer to want the bq24140 in QFN.
The IC in development is single input with up to 1-A OTG current and 3A charging current. It is scheduled to release at the end of this year.

On the bq24140, the dual input does not have to be used. You could use one input to charge and the other to boost but you will need an I2C host to control the bq24140.
