Hello Herbet,
What is Min SYS voltage?
Herbert Wang said: there isn't system load,The problem occurs in the idle state
You don't see this issue when system load is applied?

Part Number: BQ24715 Tool/software: Dear TI Engineer,
Our Tablet project uses BQ24715 as the charging IC (charge current is no more than 5A), but due to product structure limitations, the output bypass grounding capacitor cannot be used as 220uF on…
Hello Fabio,
I don't see any obvious issue with the PCB layout. We suggest mulitple copper layers to dissipate heat to reduce the case temperature without these extra layers we don't have any other ways to increase heat dissipation.

Part Number: BQ24715 Hi
The customer design with BQ24715. When only the adapter is plugged in and the power button is not pressed, the output VBAT voltage ripple is very large.
The circuit is shown in the figure. Please help to check it.
Waiting for…
Part Number: BQ24715 Hi TI Teams,
When we debugged the BQ24715, we found that certain notebooks would probability fail to charge when the power was turned off for charging, we read the register information and found that the chargeoption bit[11] is 1…
Part Number: BQ24715 hi teams:
What is the current consumption of 4mA for shutdown in battery mode?
The GATE on this charging tube (HDRV) also has battery voltage when it is turned off,
Please help confirm if this is normal,
Part Number: BQ24715 Hi TI Teams,
When we testing the OCP function of BQ24715, we only connected the adapter without the battery (3-cell Li-ion battery), the OCP did not works when VBATA was pulled to about10A, which resulting in the EU5 MOS burned out…
Hello Lumina,
My recommendation would be to order the BQ24715 EVM board to see if they replicate the issue to determine if there is an issue with the customers design or the actual charger. I also recommend that the customer looks at the schematic in…
