The bq2947 series or bq7716 series would be an over voltage protector per cell, it would need to be interfaced to the switch you wish to use.

You can certainly use a bq2947 or bq7718 stacked to use in your 15S battery pack. You will need to make sure the OVP is matching the cells that you need.
