Hi Simon,
We have one design using dipole antenna here: www.ti.com/.../CC2531ZLIGHT2-RD .
Note that dipole antennas are much more difficult to tune because you do not have any 50 ohm reference points in your circuitry.

Fredrik
Are you using the CC2530ZDK-ZLL/CC2531ZLIGHT2-RD resources? If so then please refer to the following Wiki:

Hi Ramesh,
Previous post: e2e.ti.com/.../690575
CC2530ZLLRC-RD/CC2530ZLLRC devices are designed to communicate with CC2531Zlight2 devices per the CC2530ZDK-ZLL, have you downloaded Z-STACK-LIGHTING from Z-STACK-ARCHIVE and followed all documentation…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62290 Hi all,
I have a question on the circuit in the Zlight reference design ( http://www.ti.com/tool/CC2531ZLIGHT2-RD )
In the schematic, it uses two voltage regulators, one for the microcontroller (TPS76933) and another…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2531ZLIGHT2-RD Hi Dear,
if TI can release the source PCB file of Zlight2 to customer? If yes, could you avise how to get it?
I only can find gerber under http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrr120

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2531 Hi all,
I followed the reference design given by Ti for the CC2531 ZLight2 ( http://www.ti.com/tool/CC2531ZLIGHT2-RD ).
I fabricated the PCBs on FR4 material and soldered all the components. When I tried to test it…
