It looks like the closest we have that would be similar is the CD74AC541 IBIS model. This will have a different pinnout to the 74AC16244, but it is the only AC family device with 3 state outputs that we have a model for.

If you do not need automotive qualification, use the CD74AC541.
With automotive, there also is the SN74ACT244-Q1; compared to the SN74ABT541B-Q1, it's cheaper and uses less power.
