Part Number: CSD17522Q5A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17578Q5A Hi Team,
Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of our customer.
"Can you please provide the ESD HBM/CDM voltage levels for CSD17522Q5A?
We need this mandatorily for all…
There is no P2P replacement. And TI's dual MOSFETs are symmetric.
You can use two transistors with equivalent characteristics. Replace Q1 with the CSD17522Q5A, and Q2 with, e.g., CSD17581Q5A or CSD17555Q5A.

Do you have the recommend p2p parts for below and sample available online?
CSD17501Q5A
CSD17522Q5A
Thank you!
Hmm, I am not familiar with the driver. But if the FET is overheating at so little current, this sounds like a system issue. Definitely not from conduction losses at only half an amp with the CSD17522Q5A
ok. will do... learning as I go with mosfets
(I'm a software guy who dabbles in this stuff)
I'm going with CSD17522Q5A for now... just to get the thing working!
shows gate charge at a little over 8nc at 12vgs
thanks

Hi Yamaguchi-san,
Sorry for my misunderstanding. TI has many MOSFET package options including 2x2mm, 3x3mm & 5x6 SON and D2PAK. that can dissipate greater power than the Toshiba device. I did a search for FETs in these packages rated 30V to 60V and 10mOhm…
