Part Number: CSD17576Q5B Hi,
I would like to check if there's any database/diagram plot which further describes or characterize CSD17576Q5B the full plot for including the linear and saturation for this. I'm looking at saturation characteristic graph…
Part Number: CSD17576Q5B Hi Team, I would like to get some assistance with our customer inquiry regarding the Maximum Junction temperature of CSD17576Q5B. The customer is referring to page 7 of SPRA953C ( https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953c/spra953c.pdf ) with…

Please help provide…
Hi EM,
Thank you very much! It can support 3.5V input and 20V/2.6A output, when lower input voltage--3.15V, the output can cover 20V/2A. But don’t work in the condition shows above so long time for the EVM will be so hot, 20s is OK.
The detail modify…

Hi Sir,
May I know TI 25V NexFET VGS has 10V, 16V, 20V(ORing MOS) ? Looks above 30V MOSFET, VGS usually is 20V.
What application need VGS 10V…
Nikolaus,
It is possible to use 30V FET with 24Vin. We see some customers do this, others prefer more headroom at like 40V. It really depends on what the ringing on the FET looks like.
You may have to use a snubber if you wish to use 30V devices. For…
Hi Yamaguchi-san,
Sorry for my misunderstanding. TI has many MOSFET package options including 2x2mm, 3x3mm & 5x6 SON and D2PAK. that can dissipate greater power than the Toshiba device. I did a search for FETs in these packages rated 30V to 60V and 10mOhm…
