Part Number: CSD95495QVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS536C7 Hello,
I need to design a power supply for a device, 12Vin, 0.8V out at 350A.
The device manufacturer is recommending TPS536C7 + 10*CSD95410 power stages.
I can find info on the controller…
Part Number: CSD95495QVM Customer would like to know the Rdson for the integrated MOSFETs, and gate charge spec for each FET.
Besides, what is the TAO output at 110C and the tolerance? According to the datasheet, the typical value should be 0.8V+(110-25…
Part Number: CSD95495QVM The CSD94595QVM datasheet states that this powerstage "features integrated emulated inductor current sensing"; does this form of current sensing require a filter implementation on the board for IOUT? Are there any white papers…
Part Number: CSD95495QVM Hello,
Can two CSD95495 power stages operate in parallel? Will the differences in gate driver delays cause problems? I could not find any gate delay specifications in the data sheet.
Thanks,
Chuck Sampson
Part Number: TPS53681 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD95495QVM , Hi,
For some thermal concern of CSD95495QVM, we would like to do some experiment to just put max load 25A on one phase and check if need to add thermal solution for it.
Is there any way…
Part Number: CSD95495QVM Dear TI Team,
I am considering using CSD95495QVM as a half bridge in my design recently. The application is not buck converter, so actually I don't need the function of some pins like VOS, IOUT, LSET and TAO. I notice that the…
Part Number: CSD95495QVM Hi Team,
Is there any way to check " the temperature of CSD95495QVM use in Ta=45°C with power loss 2W&4W " and the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of CSD95495QVM?
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD95495QVM , CSD95492QVM The CPU solution is denverton, and the vid version is vr13,
The requirements are as follows: the maximum power consumption is 30W, and four power supply channels are required.
Pvcc 1.05v 30A svid_…
Hi Vikas,
CSD95495QVM or CSD95496QVM both meet your requirement. The optimal FSW is 600kHz for these parts, however, you definitely can select other frequency by different application as well.
Thanks
