Your power supply sequencing is correct.
DAC7734 power supply current as per the datasheet is 3.3mA/Channel. For 4 channel, it will be approximately 13.2mA. Can you set your current limit bas 20mA for both AVDD and AVSS?

I used my own interface. As I said, I have used the same approach with DACs like DAC8718 and DAC7734, and they work.
