Part Number: DRV8904-Q1 Hi team,
In the case CHx is in OCP and this CH is disabled, then other CHs are still in normal operation, is my understanding correct?
I would like DRV8904-Q1 not to disable all CHs while only one CH is in OCP.
Regards, Ochi

DRV8904-Q1 supports up to 63 devices in series per daisy chain connection. 20x22 module matrix needs several daisy chain
1. Does the driver repeat the shifted out data or just passthrough them?
Yes.
2. (200ns * 16bit) * (20 * 22) is about 710Hz, is…
Part Number: DRV8904-Q1 Hello Team,
following question to clarify:
- can all derivates of DRV89xx (8912, 8904, 8910, 8908,...) combined in a daisy chain? According datasheet this should possible.
- how can fault outputs (nFault) combined to get one failure…
Stefano,
Stefano Alfredo La Spina said: "PWM frequency maximum 2kHz." I need it way less up to 250 Hz.
Sorry I read too fast and thought you wrote 250kHz. In that case, the DRV8904-Q1 is a good option. It can be controlled purely via SPI.
If…

Thank you. I have last question.
How about the DRV8860 diode continued current capability? The specific current is not identified in the data sheet. Because the motor's reverse electromotive force requires this diode to forward open, I hope to understand…

One of my customer wants to use the same PCB with different DRV89XX to adapt different products. Can DRV8904-Q1 / DRV8906-Q1/DRV8908-Q1/DRV8912-Q1 be …
Hi Frank,
I think the DRV8904-Q1 might be a better option. The DRV8904-Q1 is a quad half-bridge driver with a maximum current rating of 1A-RMS per output. The device supports paralleling of the outputs to drive higher currents. In parallel mode, the device…
