    Hi Kygo, The ICs are effectvely the same with two pins that are different (RT and MODE replace OSC and ILSET). The LM5143-Q1 is generally higher performance, and the LM25143-Q1 42V version will release later this month. Regards, Tim

    PS: We just released the LM5143 and LM25143 (commercial versions of the LM5143-Q1). See apps example #3, which is 5V/50A.
