Part Number: LM2578A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , LM3578A Tool/software: Hello,
I am currently trying to simulate, on Tina-TI, a circuit. This simulation will be helpful for troubleshooting manufactured cards with an electrical fault. I need…
Part Number: LM2578A Tool/software: Good day, I've been looking at the calculations for the application examples for the LM2578A. For the buck converter application, everything mostly checks out. There is a discrepancy if the value is calculated directly…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2578A , LM3578A Hi,
For one of our projects we need to derive a TFT panel. The TFT electrical inputs are shown below. I wonder if I can use one of these two ICs LM2578A/LM3578A-LM2578A/LM3578A Switching Regulator to derive…
Part Number: LM2578A
Hello, (1) Just confirming -- on page 9, figure 34, is "TIP32" the part number of Q1?
(2) For C2, can you please advise if an MLCC or electrolytic capacitor will be better for low noise application?
Thank you!
Part Number: LM2578A Hello team,
I see we don't have an EVM available for the LM2578AM/NOPB so I am wondering which EVM could I use instead?
Do we have a similar EVM for a similar device that suits this one as well?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards…
thanks for the response.
please see the datasheet of lm2578A. on pg 16 , lm2578A is configured in buck-boost mode and for calculation of L1 ,
the formula given is L1>=(V in -V sat -V sat1 )(t on /i p )
for my values of vin (3 to 24V)
vsat =0.7(datasheet)
