VOUT : -12V
However, the maximum VBIAS voltage is 10V. Is it available to configure the circuit as shown below?

Please check the ON time of the switch tripped Tonmin condition or not. With higher Vin, Ton will reduce, and it may enter Tonmin condition. At Tonmin condition, Vout will drift up without any action, and it may trigger Sleep mode.
