Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2677 , LM3150 , LMZ23608 Hello,
I am designing a power supply in which I need more than 6.5A current whereas as per Datasheet LM2677 provides 5A max. So, I was wondering if is it possible to parallel outputs of LM2677.…
Hello
You can use a simple NMOS on NPN connected to the SS pin to provide a disable function.
However, this method has not been tested by TI.
It would be best to test this on an EVM before committing to production.
Also, you may want to look at the LM2677…
Hello
It depends on what features and specs the customer is interested in.
I have attached a list of compatible devices that you may want to consider.
Thanks

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22677 I am trying to choose between the 2 simple switcher parts. What is the difference? The application is to be adjustable and run a small dc brushed motor at 14-16 volts, 200mA, 4A stall current. I am using an LM350…
As suggested by you I have gone through the data sheets of both IC's LM2677 and LM2678. One difference I observed among them is SYNC pin is present in LM2677 which can be used to set oscillator frequency externally. LM2678 does not have that provision…
I have tested a LM2677, same result: It doesn't have 24V and 5A at the same time in output. My supposition TI doesn't have any switching regulator which have integrated MOSFET who can have more than 15V and 5A in output. My next step is to test a…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22677 , LM2677 We have been using the LM2677 for long with no problems. Now we changed over to LM22677 and have plenty of fails at high temperatures. We are using a standard application circuit from the webbench designer…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22677 , LM2677 My configuration:
LM22677 in standard application circuit(see attachment)
Components according to Webbench designer
Input voltage 24-32 Volts
Output voltage 18V
Output current 1.5-2A
The enable pin is driven…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5118 , LM2677 Hello all,
I am trying to figure out if the LM5118 will still work in my power board design. I already have the power board populated so if a change needs to be made I need to know about it asap since…
