Hello Jens,
Sadly, we do not have a drop-in replacement for the LM5106. The LM5104 has some similarities, but it has a different pinout so it isn't drop-in either.
thanks,
Alex Mazany
Hi Steven,
Thanks for your input.
In my PWM controller i added the LM5104 driver IC to driving the N-Channel MOSFET but am not getting the output.
Vin-10V
Vout-5V
Fw-200Khz
For your reference i attached the TINA simulation File.
Could you please help…

Hi Team,
we are working on a buck application using the IC UC1845A, for 120V to 15V conversion. pls provide us the reference implementation.
Please share us the TINA spice model for…
Part Number: TPS2834 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2830 , LM5104 , Hello,
Following on from my previous post:
Upon extensive further testing, we found that at higher operating frequencies (<100kHz), the pulling down of the bridge via a resistor was…
Hi, Adam,
The TPS2834 has adaptive dead-time control. The implementation in this particular IC looks at the voltage at BOOTLO, and if it's high, it will not turn on the low-side driver. This is why hanging a resistor from drain to source made it function…
Part Number: LM5107 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27282 ,
Hi team,
Our customer is looking for an alternative part for LM5107MA/NOPB gate driver where either the HO and LO remain low when HI and LI are high.
From the product folder, the recommended…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5104 Hi
I need to use a power supply with square wave 40Vdc, adjustable current from 10-125A and adjustable frequency of 2 to 20KHz.
Is this achievable? If yes how? New to this and need some direction
Thank you in ad…
Josh,
Take a look at the datasheets LM5104, TPS28226, and LM27222. These drivers offer adaptive dead time. It is not the same technology as discussed above for the Predictive Gate Drive, but they may meet your needs.
I hope this helps.
